The Opportunity
We are currently partnering with a recognized Nordic leader in the Financial Planning space to find their next Sales Director. This is a high-impact role for a strategic sales leader looking to guide an established regional team and drive continued growth across the Nordic market.
The Role
As the Sales Director, you will act as a crucial first-line leader, taking ownership of a talented team of 5 to 7 Account Executives distributed across Sweden, Norway, and Finland. You will be responsible for coaching your team, optimizing their sales processes, and ensuring consistent execution of the regional sales strategy.
What You Will Do
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a cross-border team of 5-7 Account Executives (SE, NO, FI).
Drive Pipeline: Establish and maintain a rigorous, active pipeline generation operating rhythm to ensure consistent territory growth.
Data-Driven Execution: Utilize sales data and analytics to forecast accurately, identify coaching opportunities, and optimize the team's overall performance.
Strategic Coaching: Support your AEs in navigating complex deal cycles and closing enterprise-level financial planning solutions.
Who You Are
Experienced Sales Leader: You have a proven track record as a first-line sales manager, ideally within the software or SaaS industry.
Process & Data Expert: You possess a deep, practical understanding of data-driven sales methodologies.
Proactive Engine: You know exactly what it takes to build and sustain a high-activity pipeline generation culture within a team.
Location: You are ideally based in Stockholm, though exceptional candidates based in Malmö are also highly encouraged to apply.
