As Regional Director, you will:
Lead & Inspire: Manage and coach high-performing sales professionals in Sweden and Norway.
Shape Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market and sales strategies to drive growth and market presence.
Drive Business: Take a hands-on role in new business acquisition and key account management.
Collaborate: Work closely with presales, marketing, and product teams to deliver maximum value to clients.

📝 What You Bring
Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
Proven success in complex technology sales (SaaS/PaaS/iPaaS).
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Strong outbound sales and pipeline generation skills.
Experience with long, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and C-level engagement.
Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger Sales).
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Experience with challenger technology brands is a plus.
Collaborative, coachable, and strategic mindset.
🌍 Location & Language
Based in Stockholm, Sweden (work permit required).
Ability to travel within the Nordics as needed.
Professional English is required; Swedish or Norwegian language skills are a strong advantage.
