🎯 About the Role🎯
We’re looking for a Sales Recruiter to help us continue building world-class sales teams for our clients. You’ll take full ownership of the recruitment process – from market mapping and headhunting to managing client relationships and closing offers.
You’ll work closely with international tech vendors and scale-ups across the Nordics, identifying and attracting top sales talent who can deliver exceptional business results.
What you’ll do:
👉 Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for sales roles (BDR, AE, Channel Manager, Sales Leader, etc.).
👉 Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Use a proactive, headhunting-first approach – no waiting for inbound applications.
👉 Assess candidates’ track records, methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC/MEDDPICC), and cultural fit.
👉 Advise clients on hiring strategy, market trends, and compensation benchmarks.
👉 Collaborate with our founder and wider network to open doors and expand market presence.
💥 What We’re Looking For 💥
✅ Experience in B2B sales recruitment or a strong background in SaaS/tech sales and a desire to move into recruitment
✅ University degree is a strong plus
✅ Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior sales professionals
✅ Commercial mindset – understands both client needs and the importance of business growth
✅ Highly organized, able to manage multiple processes simultaneously without losing quality
✅ Self-motivated, competitive, and hungry to deliver exceptional results
