Enterprise Account Executive – Norway (Remote, with Oslo focus)

Location: Norway (fully remote, with flexibility to meet in Stockholm or attend regional events)
Reports to: Regional Director, Sweden & Norway

About the Role

You’ll join one of the fastest-growing iPaaS integration platform providers in EMEA—recognized as the easiest to implement and winning serious ground against global giants. As the second hire in Norway, you’ll play a critical role in expanding enterprise presence there.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing new enterprise customers in Norway 

- Expand the company’s footprint strategically and maximize revenue in the market 

- Engage with CTOs, CIOs, and IT leaders to build compelling business cases

-Create and execute a winning sales strategy with clear territory planning and revenue targets

- Apply proven SaaS sales methodologies like MEDDIC, Challenger, and value-based selling

-Collaborate with Pre-Sales technical experts to craft the best customer solutions

What You Bring

  • Minimum 5 years of proven success in B2B SaaS/PaaS enterprise sales, especially in new business acquisition 

  • Strong capability to manage complex enterprise cycles and build pipeline from scratch 

  • Technical curiosity—ideally familiarity with integration technologies or iPaaS solutions 

  • Fluent in SaaS methodologies such as MEDDIC

  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills 

  • Native Norwegian (both written and spoken) and professional fluency in English; must reside in Norway with work permit
