GTM Account Executive - DACH
🚀 GTM Sales – DACH (Enterprise SaaS | iPaaS | Remote)
Location: Germany (Remote)
Salary: up to €200k OTE with a 50/50 split
We’re hiring on behalf of a high-growth Nordic SaaS company that’s making serious waves in the iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) space. After dominating their home markets, they’re now expanding into Germany, and we’re looking for a Go-To-Market Sales Leader to spearhead this next phase of growth.
The Opportunity:
This is a strategic role where you’ll lead new market expansion in the DACH region. You’ll be selling a modern, developer-friendly iPaaS solution to mid-market and enterprise customers – solving complex integration challenges for technical teams.
What You'll Do:
- Own the full sales cycle – from pipeline generation to closing
- Drive GTM strategy and execution in a new region
- Sell to technical buyers like IT leaders, architects, and developers
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales and marketing to build momentum
- Be the trusted advisor for customers entering their integration journey
What We're Looking For:
âś… 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, preferably with net new business experience
âś… Proven success selling to technical stakeholders
âś… Knowledge of iPaaS or integration tools is a big plus
âś… Experience using MEDDIC or similar frameworks
âś… A self-starter mindset with strong pipeline generation habits
✅ Native in German and fluent in English
